1. Job Search

2. Resume screening
Our selection criteria will base on your qualification, essential skills and work experience. Suitable candidates will be contacted by phone or e-mail for an interview. If there is no suitable vacancy, your details will be entered into Blue Star Human Resource Database.You will then be contacted when a suitable opening is available.

3. Interview
A face-to-face interview will be arranged if you are selected. The interview will consist of a meeting with the manager-in-charge.You can use this opportunity to learn more about the company and the nature of the job. You will be notified of the result by phone or e-mail within 14 working days for a second interview.

4. Acceptance
Selected candidates accepted through the interview process will be notified by phone. A letter of acceptance will also be offered to you officially. Welcome to Blue Star System. Together, we build a better future!
